Formerly part of the former kingdom of Cotabato province, Sultan Kudarat is situated in the southwestern part of the island of Mindanao. In this province, hundreds of first class caves are currently located. The province is also the Philippines ‘ largest coffee producer.

Baras Sanctuary for Birds
Meet various species of wild migratory birds at the Baras Bird Sanctuary, such as cattle egret, black-crowned night heron, large egret, and rufous night-heron. Get active in the Tacurong Bird Festival, South Central Mindanao’s first and only bird-watching festival attended by numerous bird-watchers around the world.
